Once your appointment is scheduled, we do request a 24-hour notice of cancellation if you cannot make your appointment. We know how busy our patients can be, this notice allows us time to give the appointment to another patient. We appreciate your cooperation in letting us know.
- We have a computerized scheduling program, which provides printed confirmation tickets for all of your appointments. The same program allows us to offer printed legal school and work excuse tickets each time you are here, and away from school or work.
- We offer a “Housecalls” automated appointment confirmation system, which calls your house the night before each visit to let you know that we are looking forward to seeing you!

It is very important for all patients to know that each and every appointment, whether short or long, is very important in the overall process of completing your treatment on time.
You will want to keep all reserved appointments, and if you ever need to reschedule a visit, call as soon as you know. Most visits are scheduled 6-10 weeks ahead of time, and the most popular times of the day are usually taken first. The sooner you call the more options we will have available.
