Clinical Team
You will find our clinical assistants to be highly trained and competent. They are all Registered Dental Assistants with the State of California. They spend several hours each year in training to keep up with the highest standards, and maintain their RDA licenses.
Kari, R.D.A., Clinical Records Coordinator
Kari joined Dr. Tadej in 1995! She obtained her RDA license in 1994, just before joining the Tadej Team! Kari spent the first 11 years as a Clinical Assistant, and then took over our Clinical Records and X-Ray Department! Kari enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, shopping, and watching St. Louis Rams football!

Kim, R.D.A, Clinical Assistant
Kim joined Dr. Tadej in 1997! Kim obtained her RDA license in 1989 working in both general and orthodontic dentistry. Kim enjoys watching her boys play soccer and spending time with family and friends!

Lisa joined the Tadej Team in 2004. She has been in the dental field for over 12 years, obtaining her RDA license in 1996! She is great with our kids, having worked in the pediatric field prior to joining our office! Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, taking road trips and having a good laugh!

Vanessa, R.D.A., Clinical Assistant
Vanessa joined the Tadej Team in 2005 with the desire to work for the very best. She has been in the dental field for over 15 years. She obtained her RDA license in 1996. Vanessa enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, and going on beach trips.

Suzanne, R.D.A., Clinical Assistant
Suzanne joined the Tadej Team in 2006. She brings over 20 years of orthodontic clinical assisting experience. She obtained her RDA license in 1981. Suzanne is proud to be a member of the Tadej Team. She enjoys spending time with her family both watching and playing sports! She also loves to spend time by her pool!

Elissa, R.D.A., Clinical Assistant
Elissa has been with Dr. Tadej since 2010! She has been in the dental field for 19 years and in the orthodontic field for 6 years. Elissa enjoys using her experience to help our patients and parents understand the treatment and answering any questions they have. She has been an added blessing to our team! When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, going to the beach, and watching her son play sports.

Business Team
You will find our business office provides the highest level of customer service that you will experience in any medical or dental facility. That is because we also spend several hours each year attending educational seminars in dental office business management.
Nancy, Treatment Coordinator
With Dr. Tadej since 1991! Nancy obtained her RDA license in 1985, and started with our office as a Clinical Assistant! In 2000 she was promoted to Treatment Coordinator, bringing much dedication, training and passion into serving our patients. Nancy enjoys being with her family.

Debbie, Treatment Coordinator
With Dr. Tadej since 2005. Debbie obtained her RDA license in 1983! When not in the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, shopping with her girls, and camping with her husband.
With her 26 years of experience, Debbie describes working at Dr. Tadej’s office as “a great enjoyment - Working with a wonderful team, having wonderful patients, and being a part of a successful and positive running office!”
Monica, Financial Coordinator
With Dr. Tadej since 2000. Monica started her dental career by obtaining her RDA license in 1986! She started in our office as a Clinical Assistant, then was promoted to Financial Coordinator after our prior Financial Coordinator retired. She completed extensive Financial and Insurance training to ensure all of our patients with above and beyond professional assistance with filing your insurance claims and managing your accounts! Monica enjoys playing numerous sports, spending time with her family, and reading Danielle Steele books.

Lindsey, Patient Coordinator
With Dr. Tadej since 2007. Lindsey brings to our practice over 2 years of medical office experience working in the Plastic Surgery field. Lindsey enjoys being with her husband and sons, involvement in her church, and going to Disneyland any chance she can!

Golden Valley Orthodontic Lab
Golden Valley Orthodontic Lab, Inc. of Bakersfield is owned and operated by Sara Brandon. Sara has built the lab from part time /one client lab into a profitable business with six full time employees and more than a hundred regular clients. Golden Valley has been serving the orthodontic community of Bakersfield since 1986. A native Southerner, raised In the Midwest and now living in California, Sara has a strong work ethic which is reflected in the quality of orthodontic appliances fabricated at Golden Valley.
Sara began her work in orthodontics while she was a student at the University of Wisconsin / Parkside. She worked for a large nationally recognized lab in Racine, Wisconsin. Her skill as a wirebender, as well as her work ethic were recognized by the company, and Sara was transferred to their California branch to manage their growing retainer department. During her two years in Costa Mesa, she had the opportunity to learn many aspects of the lab business, both technical and employee related which would be valuable to her when she opened her own lab.
Sara learned of the opportunity in Bakersfield through an ad in the LA Times. A small independent lab was for sale, and Sara was looking for a smaller community in which to live. The fit was perfect.
Sara has had the privilege of working with Dr. Tadej almost since the beginning of her time in Bakersfield. He was one of her first clients when he opened his practice on "G" Street in 1988. One might say they have grown up together as Dr. Tadej’s practice expanded and Sara’s lab took on more service responsibilities. Today Sara partners with Dr. Tadej in overseeing the fabrication of the highest quality retainers and other appliances used in the orthodontic treatment he provides.
